The Comfort Inn is Cocoa Beach's premier location for any type of event, including conferences, meetings, weddings, and reunions. With a total of 7,000 square feet of flexible space, we're able to accommodate anything you've got planned. But it's not so much the amount of space we offer, it's the can-do approach we bring to every phase of your event.
Need to arrange lunch for 300? We maintain strong relationships with nearly every caterer in the area, and are often able to get the impossible accomplished when other people can't, even on short notice. Want to wow your audience with a presentation? Our state-of-the-art audio/visual communications capabilities can make it happen. Want to switch from a morning classroom session to an evening cocktail party? We can do that too. Our Ocean Ballroom can change quickly to accommodate up to 275 in a classroom setting and 450 for a reception.
How flexible are we? Let's just say we've been known to
bend over backwards to please our clients.
We know that not every event that we host is going to need space for 300 to 400 people. Which is why the Ocean Ballroom easily breaks down into three smaller rooms. Add to that our three 525-square-foot conference rooms for small meetings or breakout sessions, and you've got one of the most event-friendly facilities in Cocoa Beach.
